January 19, 2016 Board Meeting Agenda Item #22 Title APPROVAL OF THE SUPERINTENDENT'S FINANCIAL STATMENTS FOR THE MONTH ENDING NOVEMBER 30, 2015 Description The Superintendent's Financial Statements for the month ending November 30, 2015 does not reflect any unexpected trends for the second quarter of the 2015-2016 fiscal year. The General Fund has reversed the negative trend with the receipt of property tax revenue. Expenditures are anticipated to exceed revenues at year end in the General Fund because of the use of unassigned fund balance included in the adopted budget. Recommendation That the Board approves the Superintendent's Financial Statements for the month ending November 30, 2015 as presented.
